Holiday home suitable for 7 persons . The holiday home is 90 m² and is build in 1993. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 35 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 16 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 3 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. 2 DVD players. Radio. Stereo set. CD player.Nintendo Wii. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Lækkert lyst sommerhus , hvor udlejet havde gjort sig umage med at byde os velkommen med udendørs spil til børnene og voksne. Dejligt område med kort afstand til alt det vi havde brug for. dejligt smukt område og gå ture i, med udsigt til Flensborg. Kort afstand til Gråsten med mange muligheder for indkøb.

Dejligt hus og område. Huset ligger ugenert, haven kan man roligt spille bold i. Der er alt man har brug for. Fint med værelser i begge ender. Pænt og velholdt.

Lovely house, nice location. However, kitchen towels, bedding and shower curtains were very old and stained. The bedding has a lot of yellow stains and doesn't smell very pleasant. You better bring your own. Not enough garbage bags, soap, paper towels and toilet paper for a longer stay , considering you pay so much. It was not as clean as expected , so had to do cleaning before and after. The communication was very well.
