The holiday home is 410 m², in 3 levels, and is build in 1869. In 2015 the holiday home was renovated. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. There is solar heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 200 litres. Further more there are 3 wood-burning stoves. There is moreover a fireplace. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 15000 m² garden site. site in forest/plantation. natural site. Situated 16000 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from lake. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 9000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Beach volley. Petanque. Football goal. Situated 3000 m from a playground.Fire place. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

The kitchen is equipped with 4 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, 4 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 5 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 5 toilets. Bathtub.

Worth knowing
