Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 76 m² and is build in 1979. In 2013 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 12 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 150 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 8000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6000 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ein schönes Haus für eine kleine Gruppe (bis 4). Die Schlafzimmer sind groß (die Hunde haben Platz für ihre Schlafplätze) mit bequemen Betten . Das Bad ist praktisch mit großer Dusche und Bank. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich mit großem Sofa, Ofen und gutem Ess-/Spieletisch. Es stören nur etwas zu viele private Schränke, die abgeschlossen sind. Wir mussten mit unseren Sachen etwas improvisieren. Die geschlossene Terrasse ist groß und sehr schön mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Die Lage ist auch gut, der Weg zum Strand ist etwas länger aber sehr schön durch den breiten Dünenstreifen , der breite Strand ist fantastisch. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Urlaubswoche im Haus.

Ein schönes und sauberes Haus. Ich war alleine und dadurch keine Probleme mit der Raumaufteilung. Allerdings gibt es für die eigenen Sachen/Kleidung fast keine Staumöglichkeiten. Die hälfte der Schränke sind mit einem Schloss zu und die offenen Schränke sind vollgepackt mit Decken, Kissen, Stromzähler, Microwelle usw. Ich persönlich finde das Sofa sehr unbequem und nicht zum einkuscheln geeignet. Es ist ein Sitzsofa. Das Grundstück ist mega klein, weil es sehr zugewachsen ist. Das schöne ist aber das man draußen auf der Terrasse das Meer hören kann.
