The holiday home is situated on a 1865 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub als kleine Familie und uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist schön zurückgezogen, zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Und die Ausstattung ist super.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub im Glentevej 10. Das Haus liegt in den Dünen, was je nach Windrichtung einen tollen Windschutz bietet und dadurch ein sehr sommerliches Grundstück vorliegt (wenn die Sonne dann scheint). Die Terrasse, die über 3 Seiten des Hauses verläuft kann mit Sonnenverlauf den ganzen Tag genutzt werden, da die Ausrichtung ideal (Ost, Süd, West) vorgenommen wurde. Trotz Lage in den Dünen besteht ein kleines Stück Garten, welches man nutzen kann. Zusätzlich befindet sich oberhalb des Hauses auf der rückseitig angrenzenden Düne eine Bank, welche einen schönen Ausblick bietet. Das Haus selbst ist solide und mit nahezu allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Stand Mai 2026 muss man jedoch dazusagen, dass der Glentevej 8 vollständig neugebaut wird. Aus dem empfinden vor Ort rückt der Neubau näher an den Glentevej 10 heran, als die ursprüngliche Bebauung, die man dem Satellitenbild entnehmen kann. Die bisherige nahezu bestehende Alleinstellung des Hauses ist dadurch nicht mehr gegeben. Im Gegensatz zu Løkke

Ferienhaus in gutem Zustand. Sehr schöner Außenbereich - groß und gepflegt. Absolute Ruhe mitten in den Dünen, nur die See und der Wind im Dünengras ist zu hören. Für Menschen mit dem Wunsch nach Entspannung ohne den Anspruch an Unterhaltung top! Ideal für Paare, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
