Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 86 m² and is build in 1979. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in the corridor. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 130 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 7000 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. The holiday home has an enclosed terrace and partly a covered terrace. Situated 10 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 Bluetooth speaker.Playstation 3. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ich fahre seit 15 Jahren nach Dänemark in den Urlaub und habe noch nie so ein super ausgestattetes Haus gehabt. Es hat wirklich an Nichts gefehlt und man kann den Urlaub einfach genießen. Für Kinder gibt es in der Mitte Trampoline, der Weg über die Dünen zum Meer ist nicht weit und gut erreichbar. Kann man einfach nur empfehlen - danke!

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung und daher gibt es immer auch Nachbarn die mal über den "Zaun" schauen. Auch die absolut gleichartige Außenansicht der Häuser ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zu unserer Reisezeit war es relativ leer wir können uns aber Vorstellen, dass es insbesondere in den Sommermonaten auch mal eng wirden kann. Insgesamt ist das Haus gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nochmal sei auf das fehlen des Deutschen TV hingewiesen welches wir aber gut kompensieren konnten. Bei Übernahme war das Haus ordentlich gereinigt. Uns fehlte lediglich eine Außendusche oder ein Wasseranschluss für die Hundereinigung. Gerne buchen wir dieses Haus (außerhalb der Ferien) noch einmal.

Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Ein hyggeliges Häuschen. Direkt hinterm Garten liegt ein Spielplatz. Der Zugang zum Strand ist nicht weit über einen Pfad zu erreichen. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Nachbarn in der Siedlung haben immer sehr nett gegrüßt. Wir waren zum ersten mal in einer solchen Siedlung und es hat uns gefallen. Die Lage der Siedlung ist in den wunderschönen Dünen. Wir haben jede Menge Pflanzen und Tiere ( unter anderem Rehe) beobachtet. Wir haben uns sehr erholt.
