The holiday home is situated on a 914 m² natural site. Situated 1200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 7000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in alcove.

General:
Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit angemessener Ausstattung. Für den Preis könnte sie aber besser und hochwertiger sein. Das Außengelände war sehr schön neu gestaltet. Strand ist zu Fuß, teilweise an der Straße entlang, in 25min zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man an den und auf dem Strand fahren (was in Dänemark ja erlaubt ist). So ist der Strand ca. 5min entfernt. Sehr schöner breiter Sandstrand.

General:
Lejen er for dyr i forhold til sommerhusets stand. Udendørsmøbler og grillen trænger til at blive udskiftet eller grundigt rengjort. Det skal være mere indbydende til den pris. Sommerhuset ligger på en rolig vej og er forholdsvis privat. Hyggelig alkove. Rengøring kunne være bedre. Vi hørte smådyr kravle bag væggene i vores soveværelser og alkoven.
