Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 76 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1960. In 2025 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 75 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 446 m² garden site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Access to a balcony. Swing.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.1 sleeping place in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Das Haus war sehr schön, aber leider ziemlich eng für 2 große Menschen. Es war schwierig die Treppe hoch- und herunterzugehen und der große Absatz vor dem Bad war nachts auch nicht einfach. Garten war wunderbar. Sogar ein Lagerfeuer wurde vorbereitet, sodass wir ganz entspannt Stockbrot machen konnten! Die Lage war gut, nur das Einparken war etwas schwierig, weil der Weg vor dem Grundstück so schmal war. Es war schön ruhig. Alle Möbel waren sauber und vorhanden. Leider gab es kein Doppelbett, sondern nur 2 Einzelbetten, die wir erst selbst zusammenschieben mussten. Obwohl wir uns mehr Bewegungsfreiheit gewünscht hätten, war es ein toller Aufenthalt!

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten und Veranda. Man kann ganz toll draußen sitzen. An die Wendeltreppe muss man sich etwas gewöhnen. Die Aussicht aus der ersten Etage ist toll. Leider existiert keine Waschmaschine, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wichtig. Die Betten sind grausam. Vor allem das untere zum ausziehen sie müssten dringend erneuert werden. Der Weg zum Strand ist nah und der Strand ist schön auch die Gegend sehr ansprechend.

Zu loben war oder ist im Nachhinein die exakte und professionell Nachversorgung durch Sol og Strand: Ich hatte im Ferienhaus einen Schlüsselbund mit mehreren GHS-Schlüsseln von drei Häusern!!! liegen lassen. Das Portal meldete sich bereits zwei Tage, nachdem ich den Verlust bemerkt hatte, per mail und regelte das Verschicken der Schlüssel dankenswerter Weise, so dass ich nach 14 Tagen wieder im Besitz von Schlüsseln für drei Häuser war. Nochmals meinen hertlichen Dank und wir wollen wieder buchen fürs nächste Jahr!

Das Haus setzt sich ab von den anderen Häusern durch seine Bauform: es wurde um eine eiserne Wendeltreppe, die aus einem ehemaligen Brauhaus stammt, herum gebaut und hat dadurch etwas von einem Schneckenhaus, uns so heißt es auch. Das dänische Wort "hygge" beschreibt am besten, wie man sich dort fühlt; wir waren sehr zufrieden.
