Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 86 m² and is build in 1991. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 18 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 5516 m² garden site. Situated 30 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4150 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3700 m. A 6 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 50 m² covered terrace. Football goal. Situated 900 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Südstrand (Sandstrand). Es hat ein großes Grundstück. Dort konnten wir Fußball spielen. Direkt neben dem Strand stehen Gartenmöbel, die zum Verweilen und Kaffeetrinken einladen. < br />Die Ausstattung ist teilweise hochwertig (Miele Waschmaschine und neuer Miele Staubsauger), teilweise nicht (Kühlschrank nicht befestigt, Duschtür öffnet nicht richtig).

Der var for mange skabe hvor på der stod "Privat" på. Det virker som vi havde lånt sommerhuset og ikke lejet det. En kommode i stuen der ikke var nøgle til, hvorfor? Der var en garage og et anneks, hvor disse ting kunne være

Wir fanden ein sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem, gepflegtem Grundstück vor, wo man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Für jede Wind/Wettersituation gibt es einen passenden Aufenthaltsort immer mit Meerblick! Das Grundstück ist ruhig und zentral in der Bucht gelegen. Oberhalb des eigenen Strandzuganges befindet sich eine Sitzecke. Unserer absolutes Highlight - besonders zum Sonnenuntergang zu empfehlen!

Es war im Ganzen sehr schöne Tage mit der Familie um Abzuschalten. Leider war schon kalt für die Ostsee. Vielleicht nächstes Mal im Sommer dorthin fahren und genießen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in super Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. Das Haus war sehr gut vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten unseren Urlaub entspannt auf dem großen Grundstück genießen.
