Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 146 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1935. In 1994 the holiday home was renovated. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. There is district-heating. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 290 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 978 m² garden site. Situated 170 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3600 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub in diesem so großzügig und persönlich ausgestatteten, hellen und freundlichen Haus. Es liegt einerseits mitten im Dorf, und nur einen Steinwurf vom Hafen und Strand entfernt, dabei aber ganz ruhig und geschützt vom Autoverkehr. Anders als viele der neuen, massenhaft gleichen Sommerhäuser in den Feriensiedlung ist dieses ein authentisches, renoviertes Wohnhaus, in dem einige Bilder und Einrichtungsgegenstände noch von der Geschichte des Dorfes und der Insel erzählen. Von der Waschmaschine bis zu Toaster und Bluetooth-Box ist alles da, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Durch die 2 WCs und 4 Schlafzimmer ist es auch für eine größere Familie gut geeignet, zumal es einen größeren geschützten Garten gibt, in dem die Kinder spielen können. Aber wir haben uns auch zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt und es genossen, von der Fenstergaube in der 1. Etage mit dem Fernglas hinaus aufs Meer zu schauen. Es gibt sogar ein kleines Lädchen für den nötigsten Bedarf im Ort, das nachmittags geöffnet hat. Für frische

Dejligt hus, meget hyggeligt og charmerende. Man kan gå ned til den lille havn, som ikke er overrendt med turister. Samtidig ligger huset ret centralt ift. ture. Vi vil klart leje huset igen hvis vi kommer retur til Bornholm.

Unglaublich schönes Ferienhaus, hier fühlt man sich als wenn man zu Gast bei den Großeltern ist, schön eingerichtetes Haus indem es an nichts fehlt. Die Kinder haben es geliebt. Der Balkon mit Blick in den Garten ist sehr schön, ebenso die kurze Distanz zum Hafen in Årsdale, wo man gerade abends noch lecker essen oder schwimmen kann. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!
