Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 56 m² and is build in 1976. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 981 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 4 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
The annex, which is on the plot, is not part of the lease. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Haben dieses Haus für 2 Wochen gebucht. Wir sind eine Fam. mit 2 Erw. und ein Kind (17). Das Buchen und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Der Garten war sehr schön. Der Grillplatz war nett angelegt. Beim betreten des Hauses wurden wir erst mal mit einer defekten Schublade begrüßt. Leider war auch nicht alles komplett sauber aber problemlos zu reinigen. Unschön das die WC Bürste sehr alt ist und auch verfärbt ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr Spartanisch. Leider ist das Doppelbett sehr verlegen und in der Mitte eine tiefe Mulde. Bewegt sich der Partner, bewegt man sich mit. Sehr unangenehm. Rückenschmerzen und schlaflose Nächte vorprogrammiert. Das Sofa hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Tiefe Mulden auf den Sitzflächen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und eigentlich das beste im ganzen Haus. In der Beschreibung kein Toaster und Grill angegeben. Sind aber vorhanden. Also umsonst mitgeschleppt. Schön war auch das tatsächlich fast jeden Tag Rehe auf dem Gelände gesichtet werden konnte. Von einem weiterer Besuch in diesem Haus sehen wir ab.

Huset er ærligt, lettere slidt. Skråvæggende stjal mere plads end jeg havde forventet - min egen skyld. OK hus, men vil ikke booke igen.

Die Betreuung von Sonne und Strand ist top. E-Mail-Fragen werden sofort beantwortet und die telefonische Erreichbarkeit im Zuge der Buchung war auch perfekt. Danke dafür. Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen und durch die Lage mit dem großen Grundstück - wo man absolut seine Ruhe hat und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand ist - waren wir echt begeistert. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man so braucht und darüberhinaus. Die Technik hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: 1 Kleiderschrank wäre super. Nur Schubläden sind nicht unser Ding. Aber wie gesagt: sonst alles tip top und empfehlenswert !!!
