The holiday home is situated on a 600 m² garden site. Situated 10 m from inlet. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 3600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5800 m. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 4 m² covered terrace. Access to a balcony. You find a tool shed.Fire place. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. From the terrace and down to the lawn there is a level difference of approx. 1 meter.

Was ganz wichtig ist, es gibt 2 Bäder, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Waschmaschine! Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Ein rundum tolles Haus *daumen hoch* im Sommer könnte es zu warm werden.

Der Blick des Hauses auf das Meer ist unbeschreiblich und entschädigt für einiges! Wir würden das Haus, nur wegen des Blickes noch einmal buchen! Obwohl das Haus noch nicht so alt ist, ist es im Aussenbereich (Terrassen, Gartenmöbel, Sauberkeit) in keinem guten Zustand! Von 3 Schlafzimmern ist nur wirklich eines nutzbar, daher für uns ausreichend! Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht verdunkeln. Das 3. Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, lediglich eine Glastür in den angrenzenden Schuppen, der mit Gerümpel vollsteht! Der Anblick ist auch nicht mit einem Rollo abzumildern, da nicht vorhanden! Die Betten und das Bettzeug sind in Ordnung! Das Badezimmer ist prima und sauber, lediglich der Duschvorhang sollte dringend erneuert werden! Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht! Das Haus ist für kleine Kinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen überhaupt nicht geeignet, da es viele Treppen und ungesicherte Stufen im und im Außenbereich des Hauses gibt. Wer im Sommer kommt und den Garten oder die Terrasse nutzen will,%
