Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 82 m² and is build in 1962. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2600 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 8000 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 6 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Record Player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Free firewood is at your disposal. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Huset var fint gjort rent. Gode soverum. Fint med badeværelse og gæstetoilet. Optimal beliggenhed, ugenert og kort gåtur til stranden, som har adgang med kørestol.

Dejligt sommerhus med stor grund og rolige omgivelser. Fine stier ned til stranden, som lå i gåafstand fra sommerhuset.

Schon das vierte Mal hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus, das uns alles bietet, was wir im Sommerurlaub im Dänemark benötigen. Auch, oder gerade weil das Haus schon älter ist, hat es seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Besonders schön ist das große naturbelassene Grundstück. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder:)

lidt ældre, men fint moderniseret og velfungerende sommerhus på en fin grund med både sol og skyggefulde træer tæt ved en børnevenlig strand på Nordjyllands østkyst, som ikke er så vejrudsat som Vestkysten.
