Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 115 m² and is build in 2006. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1150 m² garden site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 8000 m away. A 110 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Swing. Barbecue at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Ingen udlejning til ungdomsgrupper, hvor alle er 15-25 år.

Es war ein entspannter Urlaub, wir waren zu Zweit mit einem Hund, alles hat funktioniert und wir fühlten uns wohl und geborgen...sehr empfehlenswert und wir sind auch nächstes Jahr wieder da!!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Familie in der Nähe von Saeby. Haus, Lage, Ausstattung und Umgebung ca 50-100 m zum Strand sind super. Bei den Schlafgelegenheiten muss man wissen 3 Zimmer sind mit Betten 140x200 m ausgestattet für 2 Erwachsene nicht geeignet zum schlafen. Wen das nicht stört der kann mit 8 Personen reisen sonst eher für 5 Personen geeignet.

wir hatten in diesem sehr schönen und zweckmäßigen Haus einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist hervorragend sauber, zweckmäßig, auf neuen Stand und hat eine fast umlaufende Terrasse.. Das Grundstück ist groß und hat ausreichend Platz. Ein Sonnenschirm würde alles noch perfekter machen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Wer den Strand liebt, sollte sich Strandstühle mitbringen. Wir haben jedenfalls gleich fürs nächste Jahr gebucht!

Wir waren mit der Umgebung und dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Brötchen aus dem MinKobmand in Voersa waren äußerst lecker.

Lækkert sommerhus med god plads og alt du behøver, flotte udepladser med sol hele dagen (når du er mer heldig end mig med vejret ??) Godt ivaretaget og fulgt op, ikke bare af bureauet, men også af ejerne

Wer die Natur, das Meer und die Ruhe genießt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt nah zum Strand. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Ich war schon oft in DK, aber dieses Haus war eines der Schönsten!!! Sehr stil-und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist top! Auch sind die Eigentümer persönlich vorbeigekommen und waren unheimlich nett! Danke für Alles :-)
