The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2714 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 8000 m away. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Swing. Slide. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). There is floor heating in the bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist top und die Umgebung ruhig mit viel Natur. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Genau das Richtige für einen entspannten Strandurlaub und Erholung.

Da ich schon öfter bei Sonne und Strand gebucht habe, war dies das beste Ferienhaus, in dem wir waren.

Ein wirklich liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit tollem Naturgrundstück und viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich top und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Auch für die Kinder sind neben einem Sandkasten und einer Schaukel zahlreiche Spielsachen für draußen vorhanden. Der schöne Sandstrand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch mit kleineren Kindern gut zu erreichen.

Wir haben 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, so, als würde man auf einer Waldlichtung wohnen. Im Haus bemerkten wir In den ersten Tagen einen schlechten Geruch im Heizungsraum und angrenzenden Schlafraum. Außerdem waren die Kochtöpfe zu beanstanden, in denen die Antihaftbeschichtung stark zerkratzt war. Im Büro in Hals erhielten wir fürs Erste einen Ersatztopf. Der Hausbesitzer kam dann sofort am nächsten Morgen vorbei, brachte ein neues Topfset und inspizierte das Siel im Heizungsraum. Danach war der Geruch weg, und wir hatten nichts mehr auszusetzen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich beim freundlichen Hausbesitzer und der ebenso freundlichen Mitarbeiterin im Büro in Hals.
