Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 110 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1875. In 2009 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 7000 m. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Garage at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Hyggeliges Haus mit einigen Tücken. Hochgradig instabiles Internet und TV, nur ZDF, klebrige Arbeitsplatte Küche, keine Kleiderschränke nur Truhen, im Schlafbereich kann man kaum stehen unscharfe Messer, Gartenhecke nicht komplett geschlossen wenn man Hund hat die gerne gucken was hinter dem Zaun ist, sehr hügelige Umgebung-das ist untrainiert eine Herausforderung, wer den typischen Strand sucht ist hier falsch, hier gibt es überall nur 2,5m Natuerstrand.

Schönes, abgegrenztes Grundstück. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Große Stube und viele Schlafmöglichkeiten.

Sfeervol huis. Mooie locatie vlakbij het strand. De plek van de airco onder de trap is jammer voor de warmte/kou die naar boven gaat. Tip voor de 2 slaapkamers: kledinghaken aan de wand.

Fint lille feriehus. Træls at skal gennem det ene soverum for at komme til det andet. Sengene var gode. Ligger lidt tæt på vejen men vi oplevede ikke så meget trafik mens vi var der.

Wir hatten eine schönen Urlaub , hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und wir können es weiter empfehlen.
