Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1965. In 2022 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has combine washing machine/tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. Furthermore 1 wood pellet oven.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1316 m² garden site. Situated 10000 m from the sea. Situated 375 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 3800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 11000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom.Fire place. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The outdoor swimming pool is available in the period from week 24 up to and including week 36.

Schönes helles modernes Haus. Vielleicht ein bisschen viel Technik verbaut, die sich nicht jedem gleich erschließt. Deutsches Fernsehen ist nur mit größerem Aufwand (VPN) möglich:(

Trods start-vanskeligheder med poolen, (som der hurtigt blev taget hånd om), havde vi nogle skønne dage et super dejligt sommerhus. Når først kanten rundt om poolen er færdig og vildmarksbad+sauna bliver sat til, bliver det et top moderne sommerhus Vi kommer helt sikkert igen ????

Hallo Erstmal muß ich sagen das es ein wunderschönes Haus ist und wir eine schöne Zeit hatten ! Das einzige was nicht so schön war , das der Pool sehr dreckig war obwohl der Pool Mann da war . Mfg Sascha Thormählen

Das Haus ist sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es hat uns in der Küche nichts gefehlt. Nur in den Schlafzimmern hätten wir gerne Nachttischlampen gehabt, aber sonst war alles super. Auch das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt.
