Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 175 m² and is build in 2023. No pets allowed. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 705 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. CEE socket. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 10 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 3 bathrooms.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 6 persons.

Top modernes Ferienhaus, sehr zentral gelegen, kurze Entfernung zum Strand und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr geräumig, bequeme Betten, sehr empfehlenswert. „Sonne und Strand" war uns bei der Suche nach einem Ersatzferienhaus (der Eigentümer wollte kurzfristig nicht mehr vermietet) sehr behilflich und bezüglich den höheren Kosten sehr entgegenkommend.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man ist in 5 Minuten am wundervollen Sandstrand und in 7-10 Minuten in der Ortschaft. Allerdings sind in diesem neuen Baugebiet die Grundstücke eng aneinander gebaut. Zur einen Seite hin sind noch freie Bauplätze, wenn die auch noch bebaut werden, ist man ringsum von anderen Ferienhäusern umgeben. < br />Ansonsten war das Haus sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Viele Aktivitäten im Haus haben selbst an den Regentage keine Langeweile aufkommen lassen.

Fantastik hus til mange mennesker. Super god indretning og akustisk i huset når mange er samlet, vi var 9 voksne og tre små børn i december måned. Virkeligt godt udstyret i køkkenet, gode senge og skønt med vildmarks badet. Fin afstand til stranden. Nemt ved ankomst/afgang med nøgleboks på stedet. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Aber das muss ich, glaube ich nicht sagen, denn jeder der schon einmal in Lökken und Umgebung war weiß das sicher selber. Das Haus war sehr sehr schön. Man fühlte sich fast gleich heimisch. Die Badezimmer sind super und in der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Betten waren super. Es war unsere 15 Reise in Ihr schönes Land und ich muss sagen, dass dieses Haus das beste bisher war das wir gemietet hatten. Alle Formalitäten die mit dem Haus zu tun hatten, waren schnell erledigt. Aber das waren wir bei allen Buchungen bei Ihnen gewohnt. Weiter so! MfG Hansi und Ricci

Vi holder ofte ferie i Løkken. Super dejligt hus. Godt udstyret. Vi havde en dejlig uge, og Løkken er en skøn by. Vi kunne snildt leje huset en anden gang. Små minusser: Dartspillet var total ødelagt, køerne til poolspillet måtte vi reparere, og vildmarksbadet var utæt og havde el elektrisk defekt, som vores medbragte elektriker klarede. Småting, men lidt ærgerligt. Men en supergod oplevelse.

Ein modernes, strukturiertes und geräumiges Haus, das empfehlenswert ist. Der Strand ist einfach fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es umfänglich in der Region. Lokken und Umland bieten tolle Freizeit- und Ausflugsaktivitäten. Wir haben DK mit Kindern und Freunden in diversen Regionen besucht und kehren nun immer wieder gern in den Norden DKs zurück.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und ihren Familien. Das Haus ist ein Traum!! Es ist hell und erfrischend. Es ist modern und gemütlich. Es ist geräumig genug, dass man es auch an verregneten Tagen wunderbar darin aufhalten kann ohne das es anstrengend wird. Der Aktivitätsraum ist akustisch gut abgeschirmt von den Schlafräumen, so dass man auch nebenan schlafende kleine Kinder nicht stört. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen.
