Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 166 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1949. In 2004 the holiday home was renovated. In 2008 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 125 litres. Further more there are 2 wood-burning stoves. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 900 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 250 m away. A 74 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 34 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Garage at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.-.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. There is floor heating in the guest bathroom.

Die Ferienunterkunft ist an sich schön mit top Lage ! Allerdings wurde das Haus vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt ! Die Badezimmer waren sehr dreckig, sowohl die Toiletten als auch auch Waschbecken waren mit undefinierbaren Schmutz und Haaren versehen. Die Dusche wurde nicht gereinigt, im Abfluss befanden sich Haarbüschel. Auch die Küche war dreckig. Dieser Dreck musste durch uns beseitigt werden, deshalb war der Ankunftstag ungenießbar. Die anschließende Kommunikation mit Sonne und Strand war nicht kundenfreundlich ! Bis heute sind wir entsetzt über den vorgeschlagenen Erstattungsbetrag in Höhe von 95€ der eigentlichen 190€ teueren Endreinigung.

Super schönes Haus, komplett und perfekt eingerichtet. Wenn ich das nächste mal auf Läsö bin, werde ich versuchen das Haus wieder zu buchen.
