Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 140 m² and is build in 2023. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Situated 3000 m from a playground.Fire place. Outdoor shower. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Gas grill available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex, 2 of them are located in the livingroom and 2 of them on the bed-loft. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet für einen Ferienaufenthalt. Einziges Manko ist, dass es über kein „Wohnzimmer" verfügt. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist die Küche. Die Verbrauchskosten sind zu vergleichbaren Häusern eher niedrig. Die Einrichtung ist aktuell. Betten, … sind ohne Manko. Preislich ist das Haus eher teuer. Eine Mikrowelle wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung in der Küche. Die Reinigung ist aufgrund der Ausstattung sehr einfach. Es ist trotzdem empfehlenswert die Endreinigung mitzubestellen. Es handelt sich um ein Premiumhaus auf Læsø, welches weiterzuempfehlen ist. Der Herd der Fa. Miele hat ein technisches Manko. Die Überlastsicherung trennt bei Überhitzung vom Stromkreis. Dies hat die Hauseigentümerin in der Ferienmappe angegeben. Einfach Stromsicherung ein- und wieder ausschalten am Stromkasten und alles funktioniert wieder.

Vi havde en fuldstændig perfekt ferie i sommerhuset. Dørene skulle vi lige lære at kende, de var lidt “sjove”. Konstruktionen af sengene gjorde, at vi var fem, der fik mærker på skinnebenene. Vi satte tasker foran.

Jeg vil først nævne huset ikke er tilgængeligt for alle handicap på grund af dørtrin og dårlig rampe. < br />Men det er et meget, meget smukt hus og god indretning og valg af inventar. Grunden er så fin Vild med vilje. Fine ture til stranden med "fortov" for kørestol et pænt stykke ned til stranden. < br />Der er rigtig, rigtig mange oplevelser på Læsø. Vi har haft det så dejligt sidste uge i maj 2026.

Manglede en kaffemaskine og en mikro ovn. Lidt for mange kludetæpper og lammeskind som heldigvis kunne lægges væk til afrejse.
