Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 52 m² and is build in 1993. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 18 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 5010 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Slide. Situated 2900 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 3 induction cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Für ein Ferienhaus in der Lage ist alles sehr ordentlich. < br />Die Lage zum aus unserer Sicht schönsten Strand der Insel (Banstenvejn) ist für Menschen die noch gut zu Fuß sind super. < br />Mit dem Fahrrad kann man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichen.

Fint hus i meget rolige omgivelser. Hyggelig atmosfære i huset. Praktisk indretning, dog lidt små soverum. Rigtig fint med overdækket terrasse, så vi kunne være ude også i blandet vejr.

Skønt sommerhus omgivet af birketræer. Alt opdateret og godt indrettet. Gode senge, bad og et veludstyret køkken, vi manglede ikke noget. Dejlige dage på Læsø, har slappet af og været øen rundt. Både huset og området har levet op til vores forventninger. Sussie Petersen, juni/uge 25, 2025

Sommerhuset ligge såsmukt midt i en birkeskov og huset er fantastisk godt indrettet og har et veludstyret køkken. Vi nød vores 14 dage på Læsø i fulde drag og kunne lige uden for huset opleve rigt fugleliv og sommerfuglene nåede lige lige at dukke op som de vigtige forårsbebudere.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit schöner neuen Küche auf einem ruhigen Waldgrundstück. Leider keine Fliegengitter, also Autan mitbringen, da es je nach Wetter viele Mücken geben kann.
