Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 111 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1980. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 5340 m² natural site. Situated 4800 m from the sea. Situated 1500 m from lake. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed. Situated 750 m from a playground.Fire place. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds.. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Hvis cyklerne må bruges, ville det være godt at de kan låses op og er klar. Dog en luksus, men godt tilbud til besøgende til Læsø. Desuden behøver gulvvarme ikke være tændt om sommeren. Vi fandt hvor man kunne slukke for gulvvarme i badeværelse, men var usikker på, om der stadig var gulvvarme i udestuen.

Vi har sat stor pris på dette hyggelige sommerhus beliggende i et roligt område og med en skøn naturgrund. Vi har i den grad nydt stilheden. Huset er enkelt og smagfuldt istandsat, så det fremstår som et gammelt bondehus med moderne køkken-og bad faciliteter. Vi brugte ikke den Finske bålhytte, så den kan vi ikke sige noget om. < br />Det eneste lille minus var at der er lidt langt til vandet hvis man som os gerne vil morgenbade.

Meget, meget hyggeligt sommerhus, fyldt med atmosfære og personlig indretning. Et sommerhus med den skønneste udestue. Den boede vi næsten i. Naturgrunden var dejlig og havemøblerne placeret, så de kunne flyttes efter sol eller skygge. Perfekt hus til os.
