The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 25 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1198 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 140 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1800 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.

Jeg havde en god ferie med min hund og gæster, herunder kørestolsbruger. Tæt på skoven og stranden. Der var dog arbejde på stranden, som hindrede adgang. Hyggeligt og roligt område.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück. Es war soweit sauber, jedoch hat uns sehr gestört das man die Schlafzimmerfenster nicht kippen konnte und somit keine frische Luft bekam. Zudem wären bei den vielen Mücken Insektenschutz Netze vor Türen sehr schön . Leider konnte man nicht vor Ort an den Strand, da dort eine Grossbaustelle war.
