From the living room, there is direct access to a private terrace with a stunning panoramic view of the water.

Directly in front of the apartment lies Sydstranden (South Beach) and the lovely promenade, which leads all the way to the old harbor and town center – just a 10-minute walk away. Behind the apartment, you’ll find Lundsgårdskoven, perfect for relaxing walks or bike rides in picturesque surroundings.
