The apartment spans both the 1st and 2nd floors and is designed with a focus on comfort and quality. On the 1st floor, you will find a bright living room with a smart TV (streaming only), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the 2nd floor, there is another bathroom with underfloor heating and two bedrooms, each with a double bed.

From the living room, you can access a large private terrace with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxation and cozy moments. From the terrace, there is a small view of the harbor.

The apartment is accessed via a walkway, and the building has an elevator for easy access. There is free parking in front of the building. From mid-August 2025, you can park for free with one car in a private, fenced area with access to a charging station.

Located just 50 meters from the marina and harbour, and a short walk to both Kerteminde's charming town center and the popular Nordstrand beach, the location is ideal for relaxing holiday days. Kerteminde Havneferie offers modern holiday apartments for 2 - 6 - 7 or 8 people in high quality, perfect for those who seek comfort and proximity to the water and city life.
