Welcome to this charming little holiday home from 1991, located on the edge of the atmospheric fishing town of Kerteminde. Here you have the perfect base for your holiday – decorated in classic summerhouse style, with room for both relaxation and quality time together.

The house features two bedrooms with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm – please note the latter is only 190 cm long). The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower cabin. From the living room and kitchen, you have direct access to a small terrace with comfortable garden furniture, and there is also a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden.

At the back, you’ll find a wonderful enclosed garden with several terraces, lounge furniture, cozy garden lights, and even a shelter where you can spend the night outdoors. The garden borders open fields and offers plenty of privacy. The entire property is fenced.

The holiday home comes with a Smart TV and Chromecast for streaming (no TV package). Parking is available behind the house.

Beautiful surroundings and interesting experiences in Kerteminde

The house is located in the third row from the beach, where you can swim from a bathing jetty. The beach directly in front of the house is stony, but a short walk along Nordstranden towards the marina brings you to a child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water and fine sand.

Kerteminde’s old town is just a few kilometers away. You can stroll along the beach promenade into the city, enjoy the atmosphere at the new renaissance harbor, shop in Langegade’s charming boutiques, and dine at one of the many restaurants and cafés.

Kerteminde also has an authentic old fishing harbor, where cutters are still docked. At the far end, you can enjoy delicious fish dishes at Boris Fisk, served outdoors at rustic wooden tables and benches. Soak up the harbor atmosphere before taking a swim at Sydstranden, located right next to the small boat harbor.

For families, Fjord&Bælt is a must – a research center with porpoises, seals, and an underwater tunnel. You can also visit the Johannes Larsen Museum or enjoy a round of minigolf with perhaps the best view in Kerteminde. Just outside the town lies the Viking Museum Ladby, where exciting Viking activities take place during summer.

The nature around Kerteminde is also worth exploring. Take a walk in Lundsgårdskoven or go on an excursion to Fyns Hoved, one of Funen’s most beautiful natural areas. Don’t forget your fishing rod – the area is known for excellent trout fishing.
