Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1961. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 513 m² garden site. Situated 420 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 700 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
1 Smart-TV. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Et lidt ældre sommerhus men i ok stand. Huset var pænt rent ved ankomsten. Toilet og badeforhold er meget småt og ikke helt tidssvarende. Også soveværelset er lidt lille og adgangen til den inderste seng er besværligt. I køkkenet savnede vi især en opvaskemaskine, men vi vidste i forvejen at der ikke var opvaskemaskine i huset. < br />Beliggenheden er jo temmelig tæt på vandet og byen, men selvom der ligger sommerhuse på alle grundene, så synes jeg mere det minder om et parcelhuskvarter end om et sommerhuskvarter,
