Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 119 m² and is build in 2006. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 140 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Situated 300 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 7000 m. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub, das Haus sowie die gesamte Wohnanlage ist super gepflegt gewesen.

Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute im Ferienhaus und der Umgebung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr hyggelig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sensationell. Jeden Abend machten wir es uns am Kamin gemütlich und nutzten die Sauna (nach herbstlichen Runden herrlich). Die Ferienhausanlage lädt auch zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein. Der Kaufmann ist nur ca. 2 km entfernt. Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten uns hier prima mit unseren großen Jungs (12 und 16) erholen und denken sehr gern an unsere "Wellness"-Unterkunft zurück.
