Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 74 m² and is build in 1981. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1115 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 4 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. At least 4 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

General:
Generell ist die Lage für Leute, die gerne mit dem Auto unterwegs sind, gut. Kopenhagen ist relativ schnell erreichbar, am besten mit dem Zug aus Køge. Für Familien, die gerne am Haus verweilen und Rauchgeruch sowie Gartenarbeitsgeräusche von den Nachbarn mögen, ist es ein absoluter Traum. Wer Aktivitäten für Familien fußläufig erwartet, ist hier leider fehl am Platz. Die Küche war modern eingerichtet. Das Haus befindet sich aktuell in der Renovierung. Das Bad ist relativ klein, es verfügt jedoch über ausreichend Ablageflächen. Leider wurde die Atmosphäre des Hauses durch den vielen Staub und die Haare getrübt.

We absolutely loved this place! The house is great. Beautiful garden. Nice hottub. The environment is quiet, which we loved. Within an hour you are in Copenhagen. Shops are nearby. We had a great week and We recommend everybody to stay in this lovely house!
