Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 2000. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6000 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Petanque. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The charging system is activated with a plastic chip which is placed on a hammer shaft If the plastic chip disappears, it costs a fine of EURO 33,-

General:
Fijn vakantiehuis met prachtige ligging. Heerlijk rustig en ruimtelijk. Leuk dat er af en toe reeën door de tuin lopen. In nabijheid veel te doen/zien. Handig om jezelf vooraf al een beetje in te lezen over Zuid Sjaeland.
