The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1527 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 10000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. Swing. Situated 1000 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet., hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 5 persons.

Worth knowing

Nach einer „Generalrenovierung“ in diesem Jahr, hat das Haus einen frischen Wind genossen und ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und auch die, nennen wir sie mal „Feuerhütte“, ist eine nette Zugabe. Für den Garten gab es zwar Liegenauflagen aber keine Liegen, die haben wir bei dem schönen Wetter vermisst . Badezimmer und Toilette hübsch eingerichtet. Betten fanden wir bequem, der Schrank im Schlafzimmer unten könnte eine bessere Aufteilung haben. Kinderbesteck und Geschirr für die „kleinen“ wäre toll, auch ein Kochlöffel zum umrühren würde der Küche gut tun. Der Kühlschrank ist mit seinem Eisspender und seiner Größe echt top, wohl aber auch im Stromverbrauch. In der Hausbeschreibung standen 2 Toiletten, tatsächlich gibt es ein WC, auch einen Airfryer war nicht im Haus enthalten. Wir hatten zwar keinen Zollstock dabei, aber wir gehen davon aus, dass die Betten nicht 180 breit sind. Uns hat das Haus sehr gefallen und wir würden es gerne wieder buchen. Familie aus Hamburg
