Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 128 m² and is build in 1980. In 2025 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² natural site. Situated 10000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 450 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Trampoline. Situated 450 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, mini oven, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 5 persons.

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommendes Haus das ich, ohne Komplettrenovierung, nicht wieder mieten würde. Sind auch schon einen Tag früher abgereist.

Das Ferienhaus ist schön hell, die Einrichtung ist okay, bis auf die beiden kaputten Betten. Die Lage in Jegum hatten wir so gewählt, wegen dem großen Spielplatz. Wir kennen das alles schon seit vielen Jahren. Vor Anreise muss aber sichergestellt werden, dass auch alles in Ordnung ist.

Die Lage sah auf den Bildern ansprechender und viel Blickgeschützter aus.Im Whirpool musste ein Wasserwechsel stattfinden weil der PH-Wert zu hoch war (von ersten Tag an brannten die Augen).Die Ausstatung und das Haus waren ok aber auch etwas "abgerockt"........Der Verbrauch war zu hoch obwohl z.B keine Heizungen liefen
