Holiday home suitable for 10 persons . The holiday home is 104 m² and is build in 2006. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 920 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 7000 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 24 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Da vi havde fundet vores egen løsning på tv situationen, syns vi det var et godt ophold. Sol og Strand kan jo ikke gøre for at der var vm i fodbold.

Das Haus war erstaunlich gut ausgestattet und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Zur Fähre ist es nicht weit und man sieht jeden Tag Fasane.

Vi havde en skøn storfamilie ferie (10 personer) i et dejligt og funktionelt hus uden luksus men hvor der var alt vi behøvede.
