The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 15000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Sandbox. Situated 6000 m from a playground. Outdoor sauna. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Worth knowing
Outdoor showers are not in use from November 1 through April 15. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unserem Hund in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus, die Entfernung bis zum Strand fußläufig 10 Minuten und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Frühling hatte noch auf sich warten lassen, aber es war einfach sehr gemütlich und heimelig.

Ved ophold i vinterhalvåret skal man være opmærksom på at huset er længe om at blive varmt (1-2 dage). Den udendørs sauna fungerer rigtig godt. Man skal bare huske at tænde den på el-tavlen inde i huset.
