The 99 square metres of living space spans three floors, featuring 2 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and 2 shower rooms - one of which includes an infrared sauna. All bedrooms offer spacious double beds (180 x 200 cm). The top floor bedroom is particularly cosy with its separate seating area, making it a perfect retreat. You'll also have your own garden with an outdoor hot tub and a lovely raised wooden deck.

Renovated in 2019, the house offers an open-plan, bright living area connected to a modern kitchen with island unit. The kitchen is perfect for social cooking and comes well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and induction hob.

The living room features a comfortable corner sofa with armchair and flat-screen TV, where you can relax and use the complimentary internet to share holiday photos with those back home.

The house has been renovated in modern Scandinavian style, particularly evident in the living room. From the spacious dining area, you have direct access to the terrace, which leads to the enclosed garden where children can play safely. The outdoor hot tub is sure to be a hit with the whole family.

The sleeping loft with TV corner and sleeping area is particularly suitable if you're travelling with older children who appreciate their own space. One of the two shower rooms is on the ground floor, with the other in the basement near the two bedrooms. Here you'll also find an infrared sauna for relaxation. Additionally, there's a storage room for your bicycles, surfboards and other equipment.

You'll be staying right in Hvide Sande, with shops, restaurants and the beach all in the immediate vicinity. The town offers numerous activities, meaning you can leave your car parked for days. Try water skiing at the cable park, join a tractor-pulled amber hunting safari, or take a coastal boat trip from the harbour. The cycle paths along the fjord and through the dune landscape offer excellent opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings by bicycle or on foot.
