Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 65 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1959. In 2026 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 76 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1056 m² natural site. Situated 10 m from inlet. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3500 m. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Situated 500 m from a playground.Fire place. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.
