Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 106 m² and is build in 1962. In 2003 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 500 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

General:
Een echte scandinavische sfeer qua uitstraling. Compleet ingericht met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. Netjes en schoon. Ruim vakantiehuis met omheinde tuin, veel privacy. Zeer goed restaurant op loopafstand en zeer goede ijsbar annex cafetaria. Beide met super vriendelijke medewerkers. Erg mooi en rustig strand op loopafstand. Leuke dorpjes in de buurt om te bezoeken op de fiets of met auto.

Dejlig uge, men med et lidt uendeligt indrettet hus. Stor spise afdeling og en lille dejlig stue. Totalt latterligt lille køkken. Der er dårlig nok plads til en person. Nå ja, men der er næsten hvad der skal være. Der mangler bestil til min 6-8 personer som der er plads til i huset. (Sovepladser). Ude områderne har temmelige store mangler. To borde, men kun 7 stole (6 hynder). En sol seng uden hynde. Tresserne er totalt overtaget af myerne og facaderne trænger til en kærlig hånd. En del vinduer trænger til udskiftning. El og vandmåler findes ikke. Her skal man stole på at der ikke bliver fiflet med tallene ved afregning
