Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 57 m² and is build in 1930. In 1993 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 959 m² garden site. Situated 30 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5600 m. A 14 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. At least 4 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged. Workman/tradesman are not allowed to rent for business purposes.

General:
Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Erhaltungszustand nicht sehr gut. In den Schränken stand schmutziges Geschirr, auch sonst war es nicht sehr sauber. Bei der Ankunft war starker Rauchgeruch im Haus. Durch die Fenster heizt sich das Haus stark auf, eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Wir waren insgesamt enttäuscht, der Mietpreis ist keineswegs gerechtfertigt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem hübschen Ferienhaus. Im nächsten Jahr möchten wir dorthin zurückkehren. Traumhafter Blick und sehr schönes Haus??!
