In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated, in 2018, a new bathroom was installed and the kitchen was renewed/renovated in 2024. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 73 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² garden site. Situated 670 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Trampoline. There is a large Weber charcoal grill. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool invites to relaxation.The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 3,5 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a coffee machine and an electric kettle.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.
