Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1980. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated, in 2018, a new bathroom was installed and the kitchen was renewed/renovated in 2024. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump that heats the outdoor swimming pool from 1 May to 30 September. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 73 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² garden site. Situated 670 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Trampoline. There is a large Weber charcoal grill. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a coffee machine and an electric kettle.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 3 TVs. 3 Chromecasts.1 Blu-ray-Player. DAB radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig und am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es hat eine gute bis sehr gute Ausstattung, mehrere Terrassen mit schönem Ausblick auf das Grundstück. Das Bad ist modernisiert und das Highlight war definitiv der Pool. Wir hatten viel Freude bei bestem Wetter, so dass es für uns ein wirklich schöner Urlaub war. Auch der Service vor Ort ( Poolkontrolle und Rasencheck sowie das Ein - u. Auschecken) klappte bestens. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung wie Dodekalitten, Safaripark oder Bonbonland als auch die Stadt Nakskov waren eine gute Abwechslung zum eher ruhigen Lolland. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und möchten uns recht herzlich bei allen bedanken.
