Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 88 m² and is build in 1973. In 2005 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1022 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Swing. Sandbox. Slide. Situated 4000 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Vi fandt husets indretning og udstyr helt I top. Huset er utrolig veludstyret med bare alt. Dette gælder også udstyret i udhuset, herunder pæne cykler og udstyr til udendørs aktivitet.
