Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 141 m² and is build in 1970. In 2011 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 45 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool.

Activity room
There is also table football and a Bob game.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 5 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 3 TVs.The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Vi havde en skøn ferie med mine forældre og vores børn. Vi nød de mange ting der var til børn og vi elskede poolområdet til børnene hvor vi kunne sidde og holde øje med dem imens vi spillede kort. Der var hvad man skulle bruge i huset og det var hyggeligt.

General:
Vi havde en skøn uge i dette sommerhus. Lækkert med pool som ungerne kunne være i indtil de var helt opløst, mens vi andre kunne opholde os i stuen eller på terrassen og samtidig have øje på dem. Haven var indhegnet så vores hund kunne løbe frit. Det nød den i fulde drag. Skønt med to terrasser hvor man kunne nyde morgensol på den ene og aftensol på den anden. Der var masser af udstyr i huset, både i køkkenet og til hyggelige aktiviteter. Måske endda lige lidt for meget udstyr. Vi gik ofte ned til stranden, der lå meget tæt på, og langs den hen til havnen for at få pomfritter eller en is. Dagligvarer var også inde for kort afstand, så oftest cyklede vi i stedet for at tage bilen. Et dejligt hus med god potentiale for en dejlig ferie.
