Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 82 m² and is build in 1980. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. There is district-heating. } Freezer capacity of 60 litres.

Outside
Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. Access to a balcony. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 Smart TV. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Paid parking applies throughout the area. Please read the parking rules and prices upon arrival.

Det var et problem at fjernbetjeningen til TV skulle oplades, og det havde vi ikke mulighed for. Vi klagdede over det og den blev ladet op til 20%, den burde være ladet op til 100 % ved ankomst.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Schlimm waren die Parkmöglichkeiten, alle Hinweisschilder waren auf dänisch, für den deutschen Urlauber sehr schwer zu entschlüsseln und sehr teuer (1 Woche ca. 100€) Der kostenlose Parkplatz wurde nicht näher gezeigt. Es fehlten generell Hinweise zur Umgebung, wo ist der Kaufmann usw., nur die Info zur Entfernung ist nicht zielführend. Die Heizung startete lärmend ca. 6.30h, keine Urlaubszeit ! Der TV startete in der ersten Nacht automatisch um 23.45h. Ansonsten alles gut in einer herrlichen Landschaft incl. der Service von Sonne und Strand.
