Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 117 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1980. In 2019 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
Situated 50 m from the sea. Situated 100 m from lake. Nearest shop is 300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3000 m. Access to a balcony. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.. Bathtub.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 Smart TVs. Streaming is possible.TV through streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
The rent amount includes consumption of water and heating costs. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Paid parking applies throughout the area. Please read the parking rules and prices upon arrival.

Lejligheden er ok og moderne. Den bærer dog præg af ikke at være beboet længe. Alt er slidt og basale fornødenheder mangler (toiletpapir, afspændingsmiddel, håndsæbe, vaskemiddel, ordentlige køkkenredskaber, kartoffelskræller mm). Til den pris bør rengøring og linned desuden være inkluderet. Området er fantastisk

Man kan godt mærke, at nogen har købt det til udlejning, og aldrig selv boet der. Men den fungerede fint, var udstyret med alt, man har behov for, og lokation er fremragende - man kan nemt gå til strand, havn, byen.

Die Gegend ist phantastisch, die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage in Strandnähe. Der Ort Helsingør ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ca 20 min. oder mit der kleinen Bahn.

Vi har vært på Marienlyst mange ganger, og også leid den samme leiligheten tidligere. Vi trives godt, da den er romslig, og området er stille og rolig med fin beliggenhet. Minuset i år var betaing for parkering, men det er jo ikke Sol og Strand sin skyld . Og så kunne de kanskje "shinet" litt opp på terassen. Ellers alt i alt veldig fornøyd!
