Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 18 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 275 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 2007. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 220 litres. For the youngest ones there are 3 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 12000 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Situated 5 m from lake. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Football goal.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 16 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

The holiday home contains 3 TVs.TV through streaming. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. At least 4 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Dejligt og rummeligt hus, hvis man er der med ude børn. Fantastisk grund med MASSER af plads til fodbold og leg på bakker og i en lille skov. Fedt med et stort servicerum i tilstødende bygning til overtøj, støvler mv. Bemærk at søen kan man hverken se eller komme til/bruge til noget. Vi kunne godt have brugt en ladestander til elbil. Vi ankom med 4 elbiler og der er langt til en ladestander, der kan hurtiglade. Fin strand til leg med sten, dog en pæn lille gåtur for mindre børn. Huset ligger med den flotteste udsigt, hvis man går op i toppen af grunden. OBS: Svævebanen virkede kun 1 dag mens vi var der, og børn kunne ikke selv komme op på den.

Dejligt indrettet hus der passede til vores behov med familie i 3 generationer. Fint at få varme i huset. Værelset i annekset har en lidt stejl trappe, men når man er bevidst om dette, fungerer det super fint at bo der.
