Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 82 m² and is build in 1984. In 1999 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 40 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1297 m² garden site. The site is enclosed by a 90 cm high wire fence with a mesh size of 10 × 10 cm. Situated 130 m from the sea. Situated 4100 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr schmutzig (Fenster, Küchenschränke, Geschirr, Grill). Das Haus ist ansich schön, nur leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Blick aufs Meer, die Lage und das sehr schöne Grundstück rechtfertigen nicht und reichen nicht für den hohen Preis aus, da haben wir mehr erwartet und in der Vergangenheit in anderen Ferienhäusern bekommen. Sol og Strand hat uns immerhin 50% der Endreinigung erstattet.

Dejligt sommerhus. Lidt ældre men lyst og fint. Gulvene knager en del. Fine værelser og annex. God stor terasse dog var parasollen defekt. Helt fantastisk udsigt og elskede den korte gåtur til vandet.

Die Einrichtung ist hübsch, aber vernachlässigt. Der große Wohn-, Essbereich ist durch die Aussicht sehr schön.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Abends hatten wir das ein und andere Mal Besuch vom Reh, Fasan und Hasen .

Tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Lage. Nicht mehr ganz neu, aber das hat uns gar nicht gestört. Es war alles da was man braucht. Sofa richtig gemütlich und der Blick einfach wunderschön! Neue Badteppiche wären mal super und das Sonnendach hinter dem Haus bei den Stühlen wäre schön. Aber wir saßen nur vorn. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Auch die wenigen Meter zum Wasser top. Man kann ewig weit reinlaufen bis zur Sandbank.
