Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 1 of the beds is only suitable for an older child (4-11 years). The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1957. In 2010 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 354 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Wir haben das Haus betreten und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Selten sieht man in Ferienhäusern so gepflegte Elektrogeräte wie hier, zum Beispiel der Herd und der Spüler. Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Schritte die Straße herunter, schon ist man am Wasser. Die Stadt Haderslev ist gleich in der Nähe. Hier gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine kleine Fußgängerzone und eine wunderschön angelegte Grünanlage. Die Möbel im Garten konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen, doch auch hier war alles vorhanden sowie im gepflegten Zustand. Die Dusche ist super, das Wasser konstant warm. Nur eine Sache könnte verbessert werden: ein Sicht- und/oder Insektenschutz an der Eingangstür wäre wünschenswert. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in schöner Umgebung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben!
