Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1970. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 739 m² garden site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6000 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 50 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Unser Ferienhaus hat eine tolle maritime Atmosphäre in dem wir 4 uns von der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt haben. < br />Wir haben sofort Fotos an unsere Freunde in Deutschland geschickt weil sie auch auf der Suche nach gemütlichen Häusern sind. < br />Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus.

Huis is geweldig. Jammer dat je geen handdoeken en beddengoed erbij kan verkrijgen/huren. Dit zou erg fijn zijn. Prachtig uitzicht. Wel hoge kosten voor stroom en water.

Ideal für Ruhesuchende, die gerne mit dem Fahrrad fahren, wandern oder segeln wollen. Aber an der Küste sind schöne Städte zu besichtigen mit Museen oder auch zum Einkaufen. Ende August kann man sich auf das Aarhus_Festival freuen.

Wir fahren nun im 8. Jahr nach Dänemark (Ostsee) und haben noch nie so ein gut ausgestattetes Haus bezogen wie dieses. Die Gastfamilie hat mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail dieses Haus eingerichtet. Es ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Tolles Ferienhaus . Super Ausstattung , bequeme große Betten . Man muss leider mit dem kleinen Badezimmer leben , aber dafür ist noch eine Gästetoilette vorhanden . Alles war perfekt .
