The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 900 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus und das Inventar sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen , es ist allerdings nichts defekt oder unbrauchbar .Die Terasse ist groß, eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar, leider teilweise mit Vogelkot verschmutzt .Das Haus haben wir sauber vorgefunden .Der Strand ist tatsächlich nur 300m entfernt

Schönes gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit einmaliger Terrasse, ideal auch mit Hund wegen der eingezäunten Terrasse. Service bis zum Ende ok, 500.- Kaution sind zu viel. Das schlimmste ist, dass wir seit nun fast 3 Wochen auf die Abrechnung warten und die Rückzahlung des Guthabens bis heute nicht erfolgt ist. Der Vermieter reagiert nicht mehr auf mails .
