Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 77 m² and is build in 2025. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 400 m² garden site. Situated 25 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 3300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Situated 250 m from a playground. Outdoor sauna. An electric barbecue is available. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 6 persons.

General:
Es könnte ein tolles Haus sein. Die Lage ist super, doch es fehlt noch viel von der zugesagten Ausstattung und das Gartengrundstück ist eine Schotterwüste. Zur Zeit gibt es keinerlei Privatsphäre, das schmälert das Erlebnis sehr. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist es sehr heiß im Haus, Kühlung nicht möglich. Es fehlten die Waschmaschine, das Paddleboard und andere zugesagte Einrichtungen. Leider hat die Agentur nicht geholfen, war erst Montag erreichbar und unser Urlaub dadurch stark belastet. Bis heute haben wir keine ausreichende Entschädigung erhalten. Daher kann ich das Haus zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nur bedingt empfehlen. Schade, es hätte ein toller Urlaub werden können.
