Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 101 m² and is build in 1979. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 828 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir waren im September mit zwei kleinen Hündinnen im Ferienhaus. Platz, Bett, Ausstattung, Garten und Garteneinfriedung ist wirklich super ! Der einzige, aber dicke Wermutstropfen ist das Fehlen des TV Empfangs. Als Mitglied der dänischen Minderheit in Sydslesvig hätte ich und hätten wir gerne DR 1 und TV 2 gesehen. Selbstverständlich müsste auch für nur deutschsprachige Gäste auch deutsches Fernsehen problemlos empfangbar sein. Außer diesem Defizit können wir Haus und Lage nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen !

Wir haben die Zeit zu Zweit mit Hund sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gibt viel Stauraum im Wohnbereich, in der Küche und im Bad. Die Betten sind für unseren Geschmack zu weich und über dem kleinen Esstisch fehlt eine Lampe. Die Verdunkelungs- / Verschattungsmöglichkeiten im Haus sind sehr gut. Leder sind wir in der ersten Nacht von Waschbären bestohlen worden. Sie drangen durch offene Fenster ein und nahmen u.A. die Trockenfuttervorräte, Nüsse und eine Armbanduhr mit.

Ruime en lichte woning, het tweepersoonsbed ligt heerlijk. Keukeninrichting is voldoen, maar kan beter: borden zijn oud, versleten, deels kapot - een ratjetoe aan mokken en glazen. Buiteninrichting wordt nog aan gewerkt (trapje is gevaarlijk) en betegeling is niet klaar. Prachtige omgeving, dicht bij strand en heerlijk rustig!

Wunderschönes Haus,tolles Grundstück vorallem mit Hund und Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist super. Die Küche ist ein Traum. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig in Ordnung

Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern und Hund war sehr schön. Genügend Platz für alle und tolle Spaziergänge am Stand.
