Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 1970. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 700 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 14000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Das Haus ist kompakt und mit 6 Leuten wird das Badezimmer mit Dusche sicher schwierig. Die Lage ist gut, man kann zum Campingplatz (Brötchen, Minimarkt) laufen. Auch zu Hejlsminde Strand kann man zu Fuß. Mit Fahrrad kam man dort gut in die Umgebung starten. Das Haus ist sonst schön Hell und man kann schön entspannen. Der Ofen heizt innerhalb von Minuten den Wohnraum. Eine Klimaanlage zu. heizen und kühlen ist vorhanden! Ausreichend Teller und Besteck, sowie Töpfe und Pfannen sind auch vorhanden.

Haus war klasse. Kurz: wirklich schönes Haus für die Größe, sehr gut für Kinder geeignet, Hund auch kein Problem da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, richtig tolle Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das erste was wir gemacht haben war die Kinder in den Garten schicken. Durch das Trampolin, die Schaukel und den Sandkasten waren die auch gut beschäftigt und hatten Spaß. Das Trampolin hat keine Umrandung, da muss man ein wenig aufpassen. Hinten raus ist angrenzend ein kleiner Hügel, wo die Kinder ebenfalls Spaß hatten zu spielen. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Spielplätze die alle sehr schnell erreichbar sind und für auch kleinere Kinder geeignet. Im Haus ist grundsätzlich alles da was man braucht und es ist gemütlich. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hat eine sehr gute Einstellung, was wichtig ist sollte was defekt sein. Bei uns hat die Wärmepumpe Probleme gemacht, worum sich schnell und super freundlich gekümmert wurde. Mit kleinen Kniffen (kleine Äste in den Luftauslass außen am Haus) wird auch das Bad beim Nutzen des Trockn

dejligt hus.tæt på de lokale restauranter og strand samt havn. veludstyret hus med nyt køkkengrej. der kan savnes et mindre havebord , som kan flyttes efter sol og vind.
